Job Description

Join a growing outpatient gastroenterology team in Colorado Springs and enjoy a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and a great work-life balance. We're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—no prior GI experience required—so providers with solid primary care or internal medicine backgrounds are encouraged to apply. What you'll do Provide comprehensive care for adult patients (18+): new patient consults, follow-ups, and management of acute and chronic GI conditions. Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and educate patients on disease management, medications, and prevention. Partner closely with gastroenterologists and the clinical support team to deliver patient-centered care. Participate in a rotating inpatient rounding schedule approximately every six weeks. Schedule & patient load Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch See about 12-16 patients per day Mostly outpatient with periodic hospital rounding Compensation & benefits Competitive salary range: $120,000-$135,000 plus a 45% production bonus Full medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice coverage Dedicated medical assistant support Monday-Friday schedule that supports work-life balance Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and board certified Eligible for or hold an active Colorado license GI experience is a plus, but strong adult internal medicine or primary care experience is welcomed Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills If you're looking to join a collaborative team where you can grow clinically while maintaining a predictable schedule, we'd love to hear from you.
