Job Description
Psychiatrist Full Time Serenity Healthcare was founded by a psychiatrist with a simple belief: mental health care should go beyond routine medication management. We deliver evidence-based, outcomes-driven psychiatry by combining medication management with advanced treatments like TMS and ketamine therapy , all within a highly supported outpatient model. Our structure is intentionally designed so psychiatrists can focus on what matters most- excellent patient care , not administrative burden. Why Psychiatrists Choose Serenity
- $300,000 base salary + incentives Realistic total compensation up to $450,000+

- Annual provider retreats to exotic locations like Maui and the Bahamas The Role As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you'll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives No prior TMS or ketamine experience required - training and support provided. Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
