Job Description

Psychiatrist Full Time Serenity Healthcare was founded by a psychiatrist with a simple belief: mental health care should go beyond routine medication management. We deliver evidence-based, outcomes-driven psychiatry by combining medication management with advanced treatments like TMS and ketamine therapy , all within a highly supported outpatient model.   • $300,000 base salary + incentives Realistic total compensation up to $450,000+

  • Annual provider retreats to exotic locations like Maui and the Bahamas The Role As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you'll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives No prior TMS or ketamine experience required - training and support provided. Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
  • Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
  • Unencumbered DEA license
  • Clean background
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
