Job Description

We are seeking a full-time ObGyn Hospitalist Physician to join our team. This position involves providing care and oversight for patients presenting to Labor & Delivery or the Emergency Department, including clinic patients and those without an assigned or retained private physician. Key Responsibilities Serve as attending of record for laboring patients admitted from the clinic and when requested by community physicians. Provide consultation and inpatient coverage for obstetric and gynecologic patients across all hospital services. Perform emergent gynecologic surgeries and act as backup support for midwives. Support medical staff utilization management, clinical effectiveness initiatives, and enhance quality and safety of inpatient care. Schedule Options 14 twelve-hour shifts per month (mix of days and nights, 7A 7P / 7P 7A, no call). 7 twenty-four-hour shifts per month. Requirements Competitive salary, bonuses, and full benefits. Must be Board Certified in OBGYN. Need a Connecticut license. New graduates and experienced candidates are welcomed.
