Danielson, CT (Medical Department) Generations Family Health Center, Inc. is a regional community health center covering a thirty seven town rural region in eastern Connecticut with sites located in Willimantic, Danielson, Norwich and Putnam. Our dedicated staff provides a full range of primary care services to all ages including medical, dental and behavioral health care, as well as care coordination and community outreach. Staff Physician Role:

Provide comprehensive primary care, from physical exams to patient education and continuity of care.

Qualifications Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residency trained from an accredited institution Board certification or board eligible Eligibility for licensure in the state of Connecticut Eligibility for

Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses Compensation:

Base salary starting at $225,000+ (compensatory salary based on experience) Bilingual Stipend for Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency (upon passing proficiency assessment)
