Job Description

Clinical responsibilities include admitting, rounding, discharges, consulting with specialists, and attending to RRTs and Codes. Work collaboratively with specialists, which involves pre-operative assessments and co-management of surgical patients. Practice efficiently and effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment. Flexible and responsive to patient needs and unexpected staffing changes. Closed ICU. No procedures required. EMR system is Epic. Qualifications M.D. or D.O. licensed in the state of Connecticut. DEA license and CDS license. Board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Experience as an attending hospitalist is preferred.
