Practice Overview:
Physician-owned, well-established private practice group The executive director manages operations so physicians can focus on patient care Comprehensive ophthalmology with opportunity for refractive work based on interest Shared call among five surgeons with a balanced rotation Shared a 7-day-per-week office call rotation among physicians Potential up to 1000 cataract surgeries per year
Schedule:
4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week Clinic hours typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Consistent surgical volume in an eye-focused ambulatory surgery center
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary $450,000 Partnership eligibility after 24 months Full benefits, including health insurance, malpractice, licensure reimbursement, and 401 (k) 4 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays 5,000 CME allowance
Candidate Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology Comfort with high-volume cataract surgery preferred New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply. No visa sponsorship available
