Position Summary The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join a dedicated and collaborative behavioral health team in Shelton, CT . This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a collegial practice environment with a strong emphasis on integrated care, clinical support, and work-life balance. Essential Position Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing medication management and supportive psychotherapy.
