Job Description
Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking an energetic & compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established and growing Neurology Team of 11 outpatient providers (including 9 neurologists and 2 advanced practice providers). In this 100% office-based position, the APRN will closely work alongside our Neurologists to provide a broad spectrum of patient care, including evaluating & educating patients, reviewing labs, triaging patient phone calls, & overseeing medication management.

Stamford Hospital Campus - Medical Office Building - Suite 602Work Schedule:
