$440000.00 - $765000.00 ENT Physician Delaware Capital Region Position Overview A leading not-for-profit health system serving one of the fastest-growing regions in the Mid-Atlantic is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologists to join its established and expanding ENT service line. This opportunity offers the ability to build a busy practice quickly while benefiting from strong clinical support, modern facilities, and an employed practice model. Position Highlights- Bread-and-butter ENT with the ability to develop subspecialty interests
- Opportunity to dedicate up to 50% of practice to areas of interest, including Rhinology and Head & Neck Surgery
- Strong regional referral network comprised of 450+ physicians and 200+ APPs
- Significant patient population of 500,000+ people
- Dedicated Physician Assistant, Audiology, RN, LPN, and Medical Assistant support
- Purpose-built ENT clinic space with 10 exam rooms, Stroboscopic technology and EPIC
- 1:5 call rotation Compensation & Benefits
- Documented earning potential $765,000
- $15,000 annual signing bonus for two years
