Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for inpatient populations Manage a caseload averaging 18 patients per day Conduct medication management and therapy sessions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PAs and psychologists Support involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy as needed Maintain accurate documentation in Wellsky EMR system Participate in team meetings and care planning Uphold all safety, legal, and ethical standardsWhat You Need:
Required:
Medical license in Delaware Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry At least 2 years of inpatient psychiatric experience Familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy Strong clinical assessment and communication skillsPreferred:
Experience with Wellsky EMR or similar systems About theAssignment:
