Dermatologist (MD/DO)

Day shift (Monday to Friday)

Middletown, DE or Dover, DE or Sussex County, DE Job Summary:
A dermatologist specializes in diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and nail conditions. They conduct exams, perform treatments, and offer cosmetic procedures like Botox and laser therapy. The role involves educating patients on skin care and providing surgical services for issues like skin cancer or acne. Strong communication and up-to-date knowledge of dermatological advancements are essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive skin examinations to diagnose conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
  • Perform dermatological procedures including biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.
  • Educate patients on skincare routines and preventive measures for skin health.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document all treatments provided.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Dermatology is required.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology is required.
