FLIMFP11c Primary Care option in Palm Coast FL and St. Augustine, FL Must be able to start soon Must be a practicing physician, FL licensed and board certified Client has upgraded their benefits package They are a large multi-specialty staff model HMO Office hours are flexible, outpatient only .
