Job Description Help for Partial Job Description. Opens a new window. The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Plastic Surgeon to expand and lead an outpatient-based reconstructive plastic and hand surgery practice within a large Veteran referral network.
Position Highlights:
- Located at the Lee County VA Clinic, a modern outpatient medical center with OR suites, radiology, physical/occupational therapy, and pharmacy support.
- Significant unmet need for plastic and hand surgery services with excellent growth potential.
- Opportunity to develop and shape the practice to meet Veterans' needs.
- Close collaboration with other surgical specialties and plastic surgeons across the VA network.
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Additional training/CAQ in Hand Surgery highly preferred
