6 Envision model covers 9 sites of service (6 ORs including Trauma, 2 Endo, 1 Cath/Neuro/IR, covered on a daily basis by 3-4 Physicians and 9 APPs.

• 9 sites until 3pm
• 4 sites until 5pm
• 2 sites until 7pm Call Physician comes in on weekdays at 7pm to close the day and remains in-house (7p-7a).

Back-up home call physician on weekdays after 12 hr day, off post-call.
