Emergency Medicine Job Details:
Seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join the team for a new free-standing emergency department Must be board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
EMR:
MEDITECH
Minimum 3 years full-time emergency room work and 6,000 hours in the ED required to be considered Will accept board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine only if the candidate has 6,000 hours of ER experience and full-time emergency room work in the three years preceding application Must have active ACLS and PALS certifications ATLS is recommended but not absolutely required 12-bed private exam rooms with a designated trauma room Annual emergency department volume of 11,000 Physician daily coverage: 24 hours Patients per hour: 1.3 Diagnostic imaging on-site including X-rays and CT scans with and without contrast Ultrasound on call 24/7 with a 30-minute response time Laboratory services available on-site
