Job Description
Locums opportunity within 20-30 min of Fort Lauderdale, FL for a Thoracic Surgeon to cover the month of August for now - likely to be extended long term. Board Certified or Eligible Thoracic Surgeon Coverage starting in September and is ongoing 7-10 days of coverage in the month 24 call only including nights and weekends All Thoracic procedures but robotics and esophagectomy procedures are optional - lobectomy, wedge resection, mediastinal procedures, VATS, bronchoscopy, etc OR volume depends on type of emergency EMR used is Epic Generous rate and malpractice covered Preference is local candidate but will entertain travelers Please refer to Job ID.
