Job Description
Role:
Outpatient Gastroenterologist in a clinic located in the Florida Keys, serving a community near Key Largo, with proximity to Miami and Key West.Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient GI services with 1-2 procedure days for scopes and 3-4 office days.
- Perform procedures at a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with clinic staff, including Medical Assistants.
- Participate in credentialing at the local hospital.
- Maintain high-quality patient care in a community-focused environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Board certification in Gastroenterology is required.
- Ability to perform scopes and other GI procedures.
- Excellent communication and clinical skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the community.
Key Duties:
- Deliver outpatient GI care without call or weekend responsibilities.
- Contribute to a newly established clinic, which will be operational within 60 days.
- Ensure compliance with malpractice coverage with tail coverage.
