Job Summary Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Lake Worth medical center. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Provide preventive care, wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams. Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management. Communicate effectively with patients and families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR. Participate in quality initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes and population health. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience. Fluent in English and Spanish required. Full, active Florida medical license preferred. Lake Worth is an ACN location; eligible physicians without a full Florida medical license may be considered based on applicable requirements. Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive primary care. Ability and willingness to care for patients across the lifespan.
