Clinic Only Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician - $75,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Lakeland Regional Health - Lakeland, Florida Lakeland Regional Health is seeking an OB/GYN to join our growing hospital-employed women's health practice. This opportunity offers a 100% outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology practice in a collaborative, community-based environment that supports excellent work-life balance with no call responsibilities . The Opportunity Physicians practice within a stable employment model characterized by strong administrative partnership, collegiality, and flexibility to shape their clinical practice.
Physicians will:
Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care Practice in a team-based model with real-time partner support Contribute to a positive, patient-centered, community-based environment Participate in the supervision and clinical teaching of residents and medical students in the ambulatory setting Dedicated Administrative Time No Call Responsibilities Practice Culture & Collegiality Our Women's Health group is grounded in collaboration rather than competition. Physicians routinely support one another through: Co-management of complex cases Real-time partner backup and consultation Physician-led decision-making A responsive, physician-centered administrative structure This is a practice where mutual respect, physician well-being, and excellent patient outcomes are core values. Opportunity exists for physicians to develop and grow a robust gynecology-focused practice. Clinical Scope & Subspecialty Support All major women's health subspecialties are readily available, including: Maternal-Fetal Medicine Gynecologic Oncology Urogynecology Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (regional partners) This integrated system supports seamless referrals and comprehensive, patient-centered care. Women's Pavilion & Comprehensive Resources Physicians benefit from access to the Carol Jenkins Barnett Pavilion for Women and Children and Lakeland Regional Health's extensive resources, including: Comprehensive women's health services Dedicated Women's OR suites with specialized surgical teams Da Vinci Xi robotic systems (robotics available but not required) Modern, elegant, patient-centered facilities Integrated specialty support for complex patient needs Who Thrives Here / Qualifications This role is well suited for physicians who: Are board certified/board eligible through ABMS or AOA and have a current Florida medical license or ability to obtain one Enjoy working with residents and medical students as part of daily clinical care ( OB/GYN Residency Program launching Summer 2027 ) Value collaboration, stability, and work-life balance Appreciate a community-based, team-oriented practice model LRH offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive guaranteed base salary with productivity bonus, 403(b), medical insurance, paid time off, CME allowance, CME days, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
