Board Certified or Board Eligible Full-time employed position in a geriatric outpatient practice 100% outpatient care only Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule Holidays and weekends free Rotating and flexible on call schedule Average daily volume of 15 patients Focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic disease management for a primarily Medicare aged population Team based multidisciplinary model serving senior patients with multiple comorbidities eClinicalWorks EMR Salary around $250,000 Annual performance bonus based on quality of care Full benefits offered Negotiable relocation and sign on bonuses Malpractice insurance coverage provided Active DEA registration and BLS CPR certification required Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD 10 preferred Palm Beach Gardens is desirable for its upscale yet relaxed lifestyle, combining excellent golf, shopping and dining, strong amenities, and convenient access to beaches and the broader Palm Beach area Approximately 45 miles (about 1 hour) to Fort Lauderdale and 70 miles (about 1.5 hours) to Miami
