Job Description
Proper Health & Wellness is seeking a motivated and compassionate bilingual Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing primary care practice in Pembroke Pines, Florida. We are looking for a provider who is comfortable communicating with patients in both English and Spanish and is interested in becoming part of a supportive, physician-led practice. New graduates are encouraged to apply , and mentorship and clinical support will be available as you transition into independent patient care. Position Highlights Bilingual English/Spanish required New graduates welcome W-2 or 1099 opportunity available Supportive, collaborative physician-led environment Medical assistant and administrative support Opportunity to grow professionally with an expanding practice Approximately 2 Saturdays per month required Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients in a primary care setting Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct preventive and routine health visits Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans Provide patient education and follow-up care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff as needed Qualifications Current or eligible Florida Physician Assistant license PA-C certification or eligibility Fluent in English and Spanish Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and patient-centered Primary care experience preferred but not required New graduates are welcome to apply Schedule & Employment This position includes weekday scheduling with availability to work approximately two Saturdays per month . We are open to discussing either a W-2 employee or 1099 independent contractor arrangement depending on the candidate and position structure.
