Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Pierson | DeLand | Deltona | Daytona, FL Northeast Florida Health Services, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in our community health centers.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, including well-child visits, acute care, and chronic disease management Deliver preventive care, immunizations, and developmental/behavioral screenings Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to address medical and social needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives Ensure compliance with HRSA, HIPAA, and state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program Current, unrestricted Florida medical license Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics DEA registration BLS and PALS certification

Preferred:

Experience in an FQHC, community health, or underserved setting Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
