Obstetrics / Gynecology Physician - Safety Harbor, Florida Position Overview An established and busy OB/GYN practice in the Tampa area is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to join its growing team. The incoming physician will join a collaborative, patient-focused practice with more than 30 years of experience serving the local community.
The practice offers comprehensive women's healthcare with strong clinical support, access to OB/GYN subspecialists, and advanced surgical resources. Opportunity Highlights Join an established and busy practice with 30+ years serving the communityCNM first-call structure with a 1:6 backup call scheduleCollaborate with and consult with OB/GYN subspecialists, including urogynecologyIn-office surgical proceduresSonogram services available at all practice locationsAccess to robotic surgical systemsSupportive, experienced clinical teamMultiple convenient practice locations throughout the Tampa area About the Practice The dedicated team provides exceptional and compassionate women's healthcare across all stages of life. Physicians enjoy a supportive, patient-centered environment with access to a broad range of clinical and surgical resources.
The practice team includes:6 OB/GYN physicians1 Urogynecologist2 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)1 APRN2 Physician AssistantsThe practice has locations in Safety Harbor, Trinity, and Tampa, Florida, providing a strong presence throughout the surrounding communities. Qualifications & Requirements MD or DO degreeUnrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)Unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain)Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG or AOBOG)Board certification required within 5 years of eligibilityBasic Life Support (BLS) certification Compensation & Benefits Health, medical, vision, and dental insurance401(k) plan with employer contributionCompetitive compensation package (base salary + productivity incentives)Company-paid malpractice insuranceSign-on bonusRelocation assistanceStudent loan supportGenerous PTO and paid holidaysCME days + $3,500 annual CME allowance
