Job Description

OB/GYN - St. Augustine, Florida Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! An established and well-respected women's health practice in the St. Augustine and Jacksonville area is seeking a dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician-either a recent residency graduate or an experienced provider-to join our growing team.

The practice has served the local community for over 30 years, offering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Providers enjoy a collaborative culture that values clinical excellence and professional growth within a physician-led organization.
Position Highlights:
Join a team of 2 OB/GYN physicians, 3 certified nurse midwives (CNMs), and 1 nurse practitioner (NP)Average 20-25 patients per dayServe as back-up call support for CNMsPrimarily based at one office, with rotation through a nearby secondary locationUtilize in-house sonography and state-of-the-art laboratoryOpportunity to precept residents and participate in physician-driven committeesAccess to local and regional medical directors and peer networks
Qualifications and Requirements :
MD or DO degreeBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG or AOBOG)Unrestricted State Medical License or ability to obtainBoard certification required within 5 years of eligibilityDEA license or eligibility to obtainCurrent BLS certification Organization Information Competitive base salary plus productivity incentiveCompany-paid malpractice insuranceSign-on bonusRelocation assistanceStudent loan supportPaid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
