Job Description
Hospital-based Neurosurgery Physician Assistant Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group has an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant to join an established and well-respected Neurosurgery Group. We are preparing for the growth of our Neurosurgery service line over the next two years in preparation for the opening of our 3 rd hospital in North Port, Florida. Anticipated opening date is Fall 2028. This newly created position will be based at Sarasota Memorial Hospital
- Venice and will involve a nice mix of inpatient, outpatient, and OR job duties and responsibilities.
Position Highlights:
Join a team of 5 surgeons and 5 APPs. Monday- Friday Schedule PA-C will be responsible for hospital consultations, follow-ups and first assist in the OR as needed.
Requirements:
Current NCCPA Certification. Active or eligible for licensure by the State of Florida. BLS and ACLS certification. Neurology experience with surgery preferred.Benefit Highlights:
