English (Spanish & English Preferred) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Medicine Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive health, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and patient education. This position offers an exciting opportunity to care for diverse patient populations—from pediatrics to geriatrics—within a fast-paced clinical environment. Bilingual (Spanish/English) providers are highly valued to better serve our diverse community. You'll work with advanced EMR systems and have opportunities to participate in clinical research initiatives, helping improve outcomes through evidence-based practice. What We Offer Competitive salary + signing bonus New graduate-friendly environment with structured onboarding and mentorship Hands-on on-the-job training Opportunities for clinical research involvement Ongoing professional development and specialty training Supportive, team-oriented culture Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and vital signs using EMR systems Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups Perform procedures such as suturing, phlebotomy, wound care, and injections (including immunizations and botulinum toxin) Provide acute care services including triage, infection control, and pain management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and follow-ups Accurately document patient encounters using EHR systems, including ICD-10 and CPT coding Participate in clinical research projects and public health initiatives Deliver telehealth services to expand patient access to care Educate patients on health topics including nutrition, family planning, medication management, addiction counseling, and geriatric care Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients to ensure high-quality, culturally competent care Qualifications Active and unrestricted state license as an APRN or PA Certification to practice in a primary care setting Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong clinical knowledge and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks preferred) Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience in outpatient family or internal medicine Background in hospital, ER, urgent care, or ICU settings Procedural experience (suturing, IV infusions, airway management, etc.) Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding practices Exposure to trauma centers, infectious disease, hospice/palliative care, or neonatal care Why Join Us?
