Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Seminole, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and new graduates who are eager to contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Value-Based Care or Managed Care, but we welcome new graduates who are passionate about patient care and interested in learning and growing in the field.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, focusing on preventive care and wellness. Conduct thorough physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to develop treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and coordinated patient care. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and comply with healthcare regulations. Stay current with medical trends and advancements to provide the best care possible for patients.
Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution. Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, but new graduates will be considered. Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain). Experience with Value-Based Care or Managed Care is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
