Our patients come to us for procedures like fat removal, post-pregnancy contouring, fat-transfer breast enhancement, and male chest contouring, and they stay with us because of the experience we build around the care. We are growing, and we are looking for a physician who wants to build a niche skill set in one of the fastest-growing areas of aesthetic medicine — and who is just as comfortable in front of a camera as in the procedure room. The Opportunity This is a part-time physician role centered on awake liposuction and body contouring, with a meaningful second focus on educational and marketing content creation. If you have wanted to move into aesthetics but did not know where to start, this role is built for that transition: all training on the procedure is provided at no cost to you. Physicians new to aesthetic medicine are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Body contouring (primary) Perform awake (tumescent) liposuction and body contouring procedures Conduct patient consultations, candidacy assessments, and pre-procedure planning Provide post-procedure follow-up care and manage patient outcomes Work within Florida office surgery standards and practice protocols Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Content creation (primary) Record on-camera social media and educational content — procedure explainers, patient education, behind-the-scenes, and Q&A Collaborate with our marketing team on content concepts, scripts, and filming days Serve as the clinical voice in NuShape patient education and marketing content Additional responsibilities Wellness and concierge consultations for our established patient base Other clinical and wellness services as the practice grows Supporting protocol development and quality standards Schedule 4 days per week, part-time Days are flexible — we will build the schedule with you Availability for some weekends is required (weekend patient and content days) What We're Looking For MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida license to practice medicine (Ch. 458) or osteopathic medicine (Ch. 459) — or license eligibility with an application submitted before your start date Current

BLS/ACLS

certification Willingness and ability to perform on-camera duties — recording procedure explainers, patient education segments, and Q&A content on scheduled filming days Strong communication skills and an authentic bedside manner Sound clinical judgment of proportion, symmetry, and contour outcomes, with attention to procedural detail Interest in aesthetic medicine, wellness, and elective patient care Ability to work independently and manage a full clinical schedule in a small-practice setting Not required: prior liposuction or aesthetics experience. All procedural training is provided at no cost to you. Physicians of any specialty background are welcome to apply.
