Job Description

Join a well-established FQHC serving North Florida and help deliver high-quality, affordable medical and dental care to families across multiple locations. Based in the Tallahassee area, you'll provide comprehensive family medicine services—managing chronic conditions, promoting wellness and prevention for patients of all ages, and supporting proactive care coordination across the clinic. You will work closely with clinical staff and report to the site medical director. Day-to-day responsibilities include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients according to clinic policies and protocols, participating in care planning, and contributing to ongoing quality and service improvements. Compensation & benefits Guaranteed salary: $185,000 per year Bonus incentives tied to patient volumes Fully employed position with a full benefits package Student loan repayment available Schedule 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical school Current resident or completion of an accredited residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Licensed to practice in Florida or able to obtain licensure New graduates and current residents are welcome to apply Key skills and expectations Provide direct medical care to clinic patients of all ages, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment Actively participate with staff in planning and implementing health service improvements Collaborate effectively with clinical teams to coordinate patient care If you're a compassionate family medicine physician who values teamwork and community-focused care, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in Northwest Florida.
