Join a well-established FQHC serving North Florida and help deliver high-quality, affordable medical and dental care to families across multiple locations. Based in the Tallahassee area, you'll provide comprehensive family medicine services—managing chronic conditions, promoting wellness and prevention for patients of all ages, and supporting proactive care coordination across the clinic. You will work closely with clinical staff and report to the site medical director. Day-to-day responsibilities include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients according to clinic policies and protocols, participating in care planning, and contributing to ongoing quality and service improvements.
