Your Role As a Planned Parenthood Physician, you will: Provide comprehensive, evidence-based reproductive and general healthcare. Deliver surgical services, including medication and surgical terminations, in accordance with standards and guidelines. Mentor and support clinical staff through orientation, training, and coaching. Serve as a liaison between the Chief Medical Officer and health center staff. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards. Qualifications & Requirements M.D. or D.O. with current Florida license (or eligibility to obtain). Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or OB/GYN. At least 5 years of clinical experience in women's health, family practice, or related specialty. Prescriptive authority with active licensure. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Commitment to reproductive healthcare access, patient confidentiality, and health equity.
