In person Frontera Search is seeking a board-certified physician to conduct Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) evaluations for Veterans. Candidates must reside or practice within 25 miles of Tallahassee, Florida. This is an evaluation-only opportunity with no treatment, prescribing, or ongoing patient care. The physician will review medical records, perform focused TBI examinations, and document objective clinical findings. Examiners do not determine Veterans' disability ratings or compensation. Responsibilities Review service treatment records, medical histories, and previous examination reports Conduct comprehensive in-person TBI evaluations Assess relevant neurological, cognitive, physical, and functional symptoms Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires and requested medical opinions Submit accurate electronic documentation within established turnaround times Provide professional and compassionate service to every Veteran Required Qualifications MD or DO degree Active, unrestricted physician license Board certification in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physiatry/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Pain Medicine/Rehabilitation Ability to conduct independent medical evaluations Strong clinical documentation and computer skills Availability two days per week Must reside or practice within 25 miles of Tallahassee, FL Preferred Qualifications Previous TBI, C&P, or disability-examination experience Experience working with Veterans Familiarity with Disability Benefits Questionnaires Why Providers Enjoy This Role $1,550
