Miami, Florida, Hematologist/Oncologist Job - Benign Hematologist Role An established hematology program in Miami, Florida is seeking a full-time Benign Hematologist to join a busy, multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, academically inclined environment while enjoying all that South Florida has to offer. Position Highlights Full-time clinical opportunity in benign hematologyDiagnose and manage a wide range of benign hematologic conditionsPerform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and blood transfusions when clinically indicatedDevelop individualized treatment plans informed by the latest clinical guidelinesCollaborate across disciplines to deliver comprehensive, coordinated careEducate patients and families about their condition, treatment options, and long-term management strategiesParticipate in research initiatives and quality improvement projects (if desired)Contribute to teaching medical students, residents, and fellowsWork within a supportive team that includes advanced practice providers and other physicians Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited institutionActive and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure in Florida by start date)Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology or Hematology/Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)Prior experience in benign hematology is preferred Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with training and experienceComprehensive benefits package designed to support professional and personal growth, which may include:
