Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Temple Terrace, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care across the full lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on quality care, prevention, and long-term patient relationships. Schedule & Practice Highlights Outpatient-only primary care Monday-Friday schedule No weekends No call responsibilities Full-spectrum patient population (pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics) Strong clinical and administrative support Collaborative care team model Value-based care environment focused on quality outcomes Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual base salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventive care, screenings, and wellness visits Develop individualized treatment and care plans Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams Order and interpret diagnostic testing Maintain accurate and timely medical records Provide patient education and promote long-term wellness Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (required) Active or eligible Florida medical license Active DEA registration or eligibility Strong commitment to full-spectrum outpatient primary care Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Why Join Sanitas?
