Job Description

Locum Emergency Medicine physician needed to provide coverage at a modern Emergency Department in Trinity, Florida. This is a fast-paced hospital setting with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers. Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive emergency care for adult and pediatric patients. Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and stabilize acute and urgent illnesses and injuries. Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, and other critical cases per hospital protocols. Coordinate care and consult with specialists and ancillary services. Accurately document all encounters in the EMR. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Required qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM). Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one. DEA registration. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Location Trinity, Pasco County (Tampa Bay area). Short drive to Gulf beaches, Tampa amenities, and regional outdoor recreation.
