Practice Overview Broad surgical case mix across multiple specialties Care delivered in a team-based, collaborative environment State-of-the-art facilities with strong institutional and perioperative support Call Structure Four first calls per month One weekend per month Post-call day off All calls beyond four per month are compensated additionally Physicians also have access to multiple professional development pathways within the Florida market and across the Cleveland Clinic enterprise, including leadership, academic, and research-focused tracks.
