Family Practice Job in Braselton, Georgia

We're looking for a caring Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient team in Braselton, Georgia. You'll work in a collaborative, patient-centered clinic with a flexible schedule, extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call duties. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care in a team-focused environment. Schedule Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities What you'll do Deliver comprehensive primary care for adult patients using evidence-based practices Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage both acute and chronic conditions Provide preventive counseling and support patients in wellness goals Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting Collaborate closely with the care team to drive quality outcomes Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage a patient mix averaging about 2.0-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism and strong communication with patients and staff Compensation & benefits Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive potential 401(k) with generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice coverage including tail Multiple health plan options Paid time off CME allowance and paid time for CME Who we're looking for MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine if applicable) Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment with a dedicated focus on patient-centered care If you want a balanced schedule, a supportive team, and the chance to practice high-quality outpatient medicine in Braselton, we'd love to hear from you.
