Job Description
BE/BC Otolaryngologist — Coastal Georgia (Golden Isles / St. Simons Island Area) Join an established, physician-led ENT group on Georgia's Golden Isles — hospital-employed stability with real private-practice autonomy. We're representing a well-established ENT group in coastal Georgia (St. Simons Island / Brunswick area) seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist. This is a clean replacement hire following a physician's retirement — meaning a built-in patient base and referral network from day one, not a build-from-scratch. The group operates from its own independent building near the hospital while drawing on the health system's resources and contracting strength — the best of both worlds: autonomy where it matters, backing where it counts. Practice Highlights Bread-and-butter general ENT — no heavy head & neck or oncology Dedicated OR time each week (typically 8-9 cases) with room to add volume as you grow Established, busy practice with a strong, inherited patient base Dedicated clinical support for each physician Manageable, shared group call Additional earning opportunity available through optional coverage at a secondary clinic An Experienced, Stable Team You'll join a group of long-tenured otolaryngologists — 14-16 years with the practice — offering exceptional continuity, mentorship, and a collegial, drama-free culture that makes for an easy transition. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary (mid-MGMA) plus wRVU productivity bonus Generous sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Full benefits package, CME allowance, and malpractice with tail coverage The Lifestyle Live and practice on Georgia's Golden Isles — St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, and Sea Island — with beaches, a mild coastal climate, top-rated schools, and easy access to Jacksonville (~1 hour) and Savannah (~1.5 hours). A rare chance to pair a rewarding ENT practice with genuine coastal quality of life.
