Family Practice Job in Atlanta, Georgia

Join a growing outpatient team in Buckhead (Atlanta), where you'll deliver patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative setting. We're looking for a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values quality care, work-life balance, and a flexible schedule—with no on-call duties. Schedule Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday) within extended hours: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities What you'll do Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage both acute and chronic conditions Address urgent needs in the primary care setting and see walk-in patients as needed Counsel patients on preventive care, wellness, and disease management Work closely with the care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Maintain a professional, patient-focused approach in all interactions Expected patient volume: approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Compensation & benefits Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive potential 401(k) with a generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health insurance plan options Paid time off CME allowance and time Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, if applicable) Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility) Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care If you're looking for a balanced schedule, a team-oriented workplace, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on adult primary care in Buckhead, we'd love to hear from you.
