Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a unique part-time Medical Director opportunity in Buford, GA. This role offers a low-volume, patient-focused clinical setting with leadership responsibilities in an outpatient environment. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexibility, reduced patient volume, and a collaborative care model , with potential for long-term placement. Schedule 2 days per week (Monday Thursday only) Days must be non-consecutive 12 hours per week No weekends

3 months Extension / perm potential available Practice Setting Outpatient clinic environment Very low patient volume Fully staffed with nurses, MA, pharmacist, and leadership support Minimal on-call responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Conduct patient intakes and evaluations Perform annual visits and follow-ups Manage patient treatment plans Provide patient education and care coordination Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Offer clinical oversight in a Medical Director capacity Requirements MD or DO (Family Medicine preferred) Active Georgia medical license Ability to work 2 non-consecutive weekdays Clean background for credentialing
