$1.00/hr (disclosed for reference; actual salary discussed during interview) Pay package: Competitive base salary, annual bonus potential, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance Benefits include: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life and Disability insurance Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Dependent Care FSA Health Savings Account (HSA) options 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Purchase Program Voluntary benefits Paid sick time (per applicable laws) What You'll Do Provide neonatology care for a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births Conduct daily rounds in the NICU and newborn units Support critically ill and premature infants with clinical oversight and management Collaborate with nursing staff, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in a 3-physician staffing model ensuring excellent coverage Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing care of neonatal patients Contribute to maintaining high standards of evidence-based neonatal care in a modern facility What You Need Valid medical license in Georgia or ability to obtain one Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology Experience working in a NICU setting preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment Join a leading health system in Carrollton, Georgia, offering a warm community environment, modern facilities, and strong subspecialty support.
