Job Description

Korzen Health is seeking a full-time Wound Care Physician (MD/DO) to lead a high-performing outpatient Wound Care Center in Columbus, GA , in collaboration with Healogics and Midtown Medical Center . This is a hands-on, procedure-driven role built for physicians who want to focus on doing procedures, not paperwork or hospital call . You'll work in a structured, appointment-based clinic with a consistent schedule and a strong support team. Why This Role Stands Out 100% outpatient wound care Procedure-heavy practice (debridement, I&Ds, biopsies, etc.) No nights, no call, no weekends, no holidays Patients seen by appointment only - no walk-ins, no chaos Consistent weekday schedule (~40 hours/week) Established clinic with strong patient volume Full clinical and administrative support team What You'll Do Perform high-volume wound care procedures daily Treat chronic and complex wounds, primarily in a geriatric population Utilize advanced healing techniques including: Debridement Infection management Compression therapy Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on outcomes Built-In Support Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Full front & back office staff Training & Growth Full Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine training provided Opportunity to expand procedural skillset in a specialized field Leadership growth opportunities available ✅ What You Bring MD or DO Board Certified / Board Eligible Active state medical license & DEA Strong procedural background required (suturing, I&Ds, biopsies, debridement, or similar) Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus Bonuses Full benefits package 401(k) & retirement plan If you're a physician who enjoys procedures and wants a predictable, high-quality outpatient practice without call responsibilities—this is the role you've been looking for.
