Competitive Hourly Rate:
Earn a competitive hourly rate for all shifts.
Guaranteed Salary & Bonuses:
Enjoy a competitive salary starting at the mean of MGMA, augmented by potential quarterly quality bonuses and quarterly profit sharing among emergency medicine physicians. Additional compensation is provided for extra call shifts.
Generous Student Loan Repayment:
Receive up to $30,000 per year for five years (up to $150,000 total) in student loan repayment assistance, available after your first year. Each yearly $30,000 payment acceptance obligates a two-year service commitment.
Residency Incentives:
Residents and fellows who make an early commitment will receive a monthly stipend throughout their training or may choose a sign-on bonus. Work-Life Balance and State-of-the-Art Facilities We prioritize your well-being with a fixed, desirable schedule and a physician-friendly work environment.
Ideal Schedule:
Work twelve or more, 12-hour shifts per month, providing flexibility and time off.
Modern ED:
Practice in a newly-renovated, 24-hour emergency department (a Level 3 designated trauma center ) featuring 18 private patient treatment rooms, including 2 designated trauma rooms .
Advanced Technology:
Utilize Advanced Cardiac Monitoring Systems in every room and streamlined nurse documentation via bedside computers, allowing you to focus on clinical decisions and efficient care.

The Role:
Clinical Excellence and Professional Growth You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality and efficient emergency medical care to our diverse patient population. Provide expert diagnosis and treatment across a wide range of acute medical conditions, adhering to evidence-based guidelines and best practices. Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of physicians and highly-skilled advanced practice practitioners.
Teaching Opportunities:
Leverage your expertise to supervise and mentor medical students and residents, with opportunities for precepting. Benefit from an annual $3,000 CME allowance which also covers license renewal, to support your ongoing professional development.

Retirement:

Relocation Package:
Full support for house-hunting and relocation, including two paid house-hunting trips to Georgia. Qualifications MD/DO degree. Completion or upcoming completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency program. Board certification is required, or board certification eligibility (must obtain board certification within four years). Possess current certifications and licensures necessary to practice emergency medicine.
