Responsibilities The Northside Hospital System is seeking to add an outstanding Neuro-hospitalist to their well-established team at Northside Hospital Forsyth. This opportunity to join the growing Forsyth Neuro-hospitalist team does not come around often. As a nationally recognized leader in multiple specialties, Northside Hospital works to partner with the best of providers, to help us continue to advance our model of high-quality and compassionate care into the future. REQUIRED
1. Medical Degree from an accredited college or university. 2. Diploma for completion of an American Board of Neurology accreditation internship and residency. 3. NBME or Flex certification. 4. American Board of Neurology certification or eligibility. 5. Unrestricted DEA number. 6. Unrestricted Georgia medical license.
PREFERRED
1. Current BCLS certification.
