Job Description

Join a growing outpatient team in Dallas, Georgia, where you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a supportive, team-based setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend coverage, and no on-call responsibilities—ideal for clinicians who value work-life balance and collaborative practice. Work schedule Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday) with clinic hours 8:00 AM-8:00 PM One weekend shift every other week: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call duties What you'll do Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions Evaluate and treat urgent care needs in a primary care setting Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage a patient volume of about 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions Compensation & benefits Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentives 401(k) with generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice coverage with tail Multiple health plan options Paid time off CME allowance and paid time for CME Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine clinicians considered) Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care If you're ready to join a collaborative outpatient practice that prioritizes quality care and work-life balance, this opportunity in Dallas, GA may be a great fit.
