Full-Time | Private Practice | $325,000 Base + Productivity Bonus We're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our established, physician-led private practice. This is a full-scope opportunity for a provider who is passionate about delivering exceptional women's healthcare in a supportive, collaborative environment with strong mentorship and advanced clinical resources. Founded in 1984, SCWH has grown into the largest physician owned independent OB/GYN practice on Atlanta's southside. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in both outpatient and hospital settings Manage labor & delivery, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries Perform a variety of gynecologic procedures, including in-office and surgical interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management Participate in practice quality initiatives and ongoing clinical development Practice Highlights 4-day work week 1:8 call rotation at one hospital 24-hour Certified Nurse Midwife support Level
