Job Description

Join a growing outpatient team in Hamilton, Georgia, delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call duties. Schedule Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday): 8:00 AM-8:00 PM One weekend every other week: Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions Address urgent care needs in the primary care setting Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage a patient panel averaging 2.0-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions Compensation & Benefits Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive 401(k) with generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health plan options Paid time off CME allowance and paid CME time Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (also open to Internal Medicine) Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
