$1.00 Pay package discussed upon application Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Generous Paid Time Off & Sick Leave Licensure, Certification, Travel, and Reimbursements when applicable Relocation assistance available What You'll Do Provide specialized Neonatal care in a state-of-the-art Level-III NICU Conduct daily patient rounds and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams Offer subspecialty support as needed and participate in clinical appointments with Mercer Medical School Support high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling therapies Collaborate with experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and subspecialists Contribute to a Magnet-designated hospital known for nursing excellence Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care What You Need Valid Georgia Medical License and Neonatology certification Minimum 2 years of Neonatology experience Strong skills in neonatal interventions and teamwork Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly specialized environment About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Macon, Georgia, featuring a newly built 50,000 sq. ft. neonatal intensive care unit that opened in early 2019. The hospital serves as a regional perinatal/neonatal center and Level-I trauma center, providing comprehensive neonatal services with support from subspecialists and advanced equipment.
