III NICU
Manage critically ill and premature newborns utilizing advanced therapies like high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body cooling Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric subspecialists, and surgeons Participate in an attractive rounding and shared call schedule Educate and mentor pediatric residents and medical students Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based neonatal care Deliver family-centered care to infants and families across central and South Georgia Work within a modern, 50,000 sq. ft. NICU opened in 2019, part of a regional perinatal/neonatal center What You Need Medical license in Georgia Board Certified in Neonatology or equivalent Experience in neonatal intensive care preferred Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment About the Assignment Join a dynamic team at a leading facility in Macon, Georgia, offering advanced neonatal care in a newly renovated Level
III NICU.
