Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Doctor specializing in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) issues and surgeries to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive care for patients experiencing conditions related to the head and neck region, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of ENT disorders. Your expertise will help contribute to improving patient outcomes through precise clinical evaluation, innovative treatment plans, and collaborative care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients presenting with ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck issues using advanced diagnostic tools such as medical imaging and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating surgical and non-surgical interventions, including procedures like suturing, endoscopy, and catheterization when necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiologists, audiologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize diagnostic radiology techniques such as CT scans to accurately diagnose complex ENT conditions. Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment options, preventive measures, and health coaching strategies to promote long-term wellness. Maintain meticulous medical records adhering to HIPAA standards while ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and CPT coding requirements for billing purposes. Qualifications Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine in Georgia. Proven experience in ENT or related fields such as otolaryngology or audiology; familiarity with subspecialties like rhinology or laryngology is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology related to the head and neck anatomy, and clinical research methodologies. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic or similar platforms; experience with medical imaging interpretation is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in performing procedures such as suturing, airway management, otoscopy, and basic surgical techniques. Critical care experience or hospital medicine background is advantageous; familiarity with inpatient and outpatient settings is essential. Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to patient assessment and education. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining high standards of infection control and aseptic technique.
