09/05/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our neurology team in an outpatient multi-specialty practice. The APP will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a range of neurological conditions. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities Conduct neurological evaluations, including patient histories and physical exams. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic neurological conditions such as migraines, neuropathy, seizure disorders, and movement disorders. Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging studies. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations. Educate patients and families on neurological conditions and treatment plans. Document patient encounters accurately in athenaOne (EMR). Coordinate care with other providers and specialties within the practice. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Current NP or PA license in the state of practice. Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant - Certified (PA-C) DEA license (or eligibility). Prior neurology or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
